Do not buy these they look fake

I received my order and my client was not happy with how fake the locs looked. I had to agree. They look like very stiff sticks Very perfectly formed tubes non-natural looking. Definitely not hand made. We ordered natural black 6 inches 100 pieces and they look just odd very similar to pipe cleaners.
I sent an email requesting return info and was told that they do accept returns but there is a 25% restocking fee and I would also have to pay for shipping. After I did the math I would be giving away way too much money. So I just decided to cut my loses and leave a honest review to try and save someone else the trouble.

Its 10 locs not 20 and it would have been more helpful to have more detailed measurements of the locs .. my loctician wasnt able to use them in my hair .. and the refund policy sucks
