Fashion Dreads is unable to Returns the following items:
Opened packages of Loc Extensions and / or Afro Kinky Hair.
Products that have been manipulated, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed and/or tampered with.
Hair Styling Products and/or Shampoos, Oils
Virtual class or Training.
All items On Sale.
- We no longer offer Exchanges. We will submit a Return (based on the Return qualifications below) and you can purchase the new items of your choice.
- Returns must be requested & submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee for ALL returns, reguardless of the reason.
Postage must be within 7 days of delivery or it won't qualify for an Return and the customer has to pay to ship it back to themselves.
At your cost, ship your package with tracking to: Fashion Dreads Returns, 6655 Amberton Drive #M, Elkridge MD 21075. Make sure to include your packing slip, and all the contents of your order.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #, tracking # and Return reason, and pictures (if necessary).
- Once the order has been received by the Fashion Dreads team we will email to let you know we received it.
- Refund method: Once your return is approved and fully processed, we will issue you a refund via your payment method used to purchase within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds can take 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
- WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS PAID BY CUSTOMERS OR FASHION DREADS.
Disclaimer: Fashion Dreads is not responsible for returns until they reach our Return / Exchange Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return / exchange packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Fashion Dreads will not issue you an exchange or refund.
