Not thick at all

When i opened my container i noticed it was not full it was like at the least a whole inch missing. Products are usually filled to the top and this was not at all so that’s def concerning and a rip off! Also this isn’t good to start Locs on hair that isn’t thick thick! I tried to start someone locs with this and it was a mess. Thankfully i had something else to use
