After placing my order, i got a text a few days later saying they needed proof and that i needed to send a picture of me holding my ID.. I never heard of that before.. so i hesitated. But i needed the hair for an upcoming appointment. So i sent it and took off my information. After they sent it & I received it. I realized its way lighter than my natural hair. I got a 4 . I’ve been using a 4 all my life and it’s always matched. Idk i was disappointed simply because I found some hair in the beauty supply store. It was twice the amount for the same price, a perfect match, and I didn’t need proof of life to receive it.
