A Chair Talk is a consultation between the Stylist, a Front Desk team member & the Client. We do it right after the shampoo service once the client is in the chair. We use the Chair Talk to confirm services, prices, and client concerns and any other particulars about the service. Chair Talks is when everyone puts everything on the table.
