WHAT'S A CHAIR TALK?
Being able to have good communication between your team and a client is essential to assisting your client in their Loc Journey. At NappStar, we developed Chair Talks to handle this issue. A Chair Talk is a consultation between the Stylist, a Front Desk team member & the Client. We do it right after the shampoo service once the client is in the chair. We use the Chair Talk to confirm services, prices, and client concerns and any other particulars about the service. Chair Talks is when everyone puts everything on the table.
It's been awesome having these Chair Talks. It has reduced client complaints, eliminated sticker shock and gives everyone a voice. We encourage you to start having Chair Talks with your clients.
