Poorly made!

I purchased the kinky hair and loc extensions because it was recommended by my loctician. I had them installed 3 weeks ago. They were washed before the install. I had to get a detox because my scalp is white, flaky and itchy. Although the hair is human, they were not made properly. I've never had this reaction to human hair before! Keep in mind before the install I have only human hair braids done. I have to have the locs removed now, over $800 down the drain. So disappointed...
